CLASSES FOR KIDS 3 YEARS +

Pre Ballet:

Ages 3-5 years old

The joy of ballet begins with Pre-Ballet classes. These classes introduce young children to the fundamentals of classical ballet, focusing on proper body alignment, basic ballet technique and terminology, and musicality. Exposure to dance reinforces important life skills like creativity, discipline, and team participation—all in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

Tumbling Classes:

Ages 3.5 +

We offer tumbling classes both as a cross training option for our TaeKwonDo students and as a fun enrichment activity for kids who aren't training. Tumbling — also known as floor gymnastics — is a form of gymnastics performed without any specialized equipment. Stunts like backflips, handsprings, somersaults, and tucks are shown on the floor using tumbling mats for added cushion. Our classes are the perfect place to start to develop basic gymnastics skills or venture into more advanced tricks!
